A Unique Algorithm
The algorithm was laid out by our development team, working closely with Tom, creating a very specific match engine, which kept server processing down to a minimum whilst delivering highly relevant results to keep content quality of a very high standard. This way, jobs only find candidates that are relevant to them, which means the site is not only great for candidates but recruiters alike.
Our main goal was to minimize the amount of information that candidates would need to provide and make it as user-friendly as possible. So we did away with the traditional complexity of signup forms and made a stripped back experience, which focuses on user input instead of large amounts of on-screen clutter.
User experience doesn’t end with the Candidate sign ups. Companies looking to recruit also get a simplified UI, which helps them set up their profile and brand pages.
To help, the app detects colours that are present within logo graphics that are uploaded to company profiles. These colours are then made selectable, so they can be used to brand the public facing interface.
Company profiles utilize brand colours across many elements of their design and also allow the client to display key information about their business to help them attract talent.
